Description

The more you embrace your authenticity and uniqueness, the more joy will enter your life.

Throughout this whole adventure that is the Joy Class podcast, one of the most important messages I want to share is that there's no one right way to cultivate joy in your life. By embracing the beautiful journey of self-discovery, we can tap into who we are at our core and find ways to build joy into the center of our lives. This is the type of lasting joy that nourishes you and helps you to thrive.

Today I’m excited to bring my friend, Elizabeth Newcomer, to the podcast to discuss how you can figure out your unique joy type through the lens of the Enneagram. Liz is an incredible resource, and she’s here to share her insights into how each Type can unlock joy in their lives.

In this conversation, Liz and I talk about what the Enneagram is about, the fundamental characteristics of each type, why Liz fell in love with the Enneagram and wanted to share it with others, how each of the nine Enneagram Types accesses joy, why we need to bring compassion and understanding into our interactions with other Types, and more.

Let's pull joy in together!
