Description

You’re allowed to want what you want.

There’s an inseparable connection between self-worth and joy. As long as you feel unworthy, sustainable joy will not be able to anchor itself into your life. Many of us are carrying around wounds of unworthiness that stop us from tuning in to our intuition and what we want and need.

To cultivate deep joy in our lives, we must learn to look inward and create a healthy balance between what is needed from us and what we need. Today I’m thrilled to be joined by Ariel Kiley to talk about how you can start owning and elevating your worth. Ariel is a fantastic storyteller and has a gift for diving deep into the heart of things.

In this conversation, we talk about the difference between confidence and self-esteem, healing wounds of unworthiness, why we often prioritize others’ perceptions of us, what it looks like to live a life with no compromise, balancing competing needs in your life, uncoupling your self-worth from money, and more.

Let's pull joy in together!
