Being with what is - A guided meditation

Tomorrow is my birthday and to celebrate, I want to invite you to press pause with me and just be with what is.

Instead of thinking about what I want or how I want to grow and evolve, I actually feel drawn to simply surrender and be with what is… to enjoy right now, to find gratitude for everything that life has given me, and to bring peace and patience to the areas that may be uncomfortable or a work-in-progress.

The truth is, there’s always more… there’s always more to discover, more to want, more to know… but your joy, your happiness, your fulfillment isn’t tied to the mores of the future, it’s tied to the peace and the gratitude that you make space for in every single moment.

And you know what else:

You’ll be surprised by what you will find, by how much things will shift IRL, if you lead from a place of peace and calm within.

For my birthday, I want to share a glimpse of my recent meditation practice with you.

That’s why I recorded a guided meditation called “Being with what is” and I hope that it will help you press pause for 10ish minutes, to return to yourself and find peace and quiet within your own mind + body.

Listen here:

(this meditation has been updated since it’s original post)

You can listen to this guided meditation as often as you like.

In fact, I invite you to try it for 7 consecutive days and see how you feel.

Feel free to share it with people in your life who could need a little bit of inner peace and quiet, a little bit of groundedness and clarity, a little return to themselves.

with love,

Caroline
