Calm Space is Caroline’s 10-week private, 1-on-1, highly individualized coaching program that is designed to give you the calm space you need to explore yourself and your life deeply and authentically so that you can make the adjustments, alignments and decisions that create a fulfilling, successful and healthy life for you.

The truth is that we live in a busy, loud and overstimulating world that makes it difficult for many of us to hear ourselves clearly, to feel confident in ourselves, and forge paths that are in true alignment with who you really are.

Calm Space invites you into a sacred container to help you tune out external noise and go deep so that you can emerge as a more authentic, clear, and inspired version of yourself.

Calm Space is for you if you feel stuck, confused, depleted and overwhelmed and instead, want to feel clear, energized, authentic, and aligned.

* Please note that room in Calm Space is very limited and will only be offered after an initial consultation in which we determine together if we are a good fit for each other.

Ten 45-minute sessions (must be used within 4 months).

An in-depth onboarding questionnaire that takes an inventory of your life (impactful for you and a great way for me to get to know you before our work begins).
