Self Quest: What’s no longer working for you?
Every now and then, life invites us to pause and ask a powerful question:
It's a deceptively simple question, but it holds the potential to shift everything.
Maybe it's a relationship dynamic, a belief you've been carrying for too long, or a daily habit that drains more than it gives. Sometimes, it's even the story you tell yourself about who you have to be.
We're creatures of routine—and while routines can ground us, they can also become invisible cages. And when we're constantly moving, it's easy to miss the signs that something has quietly stopped serving us.
So today, take a breath, get still, and ask yourself:
What am I tolerating out of habit?
What's creating more tension than ease?
What would I let go of if I trusted that something better would take its place?
Letting go can feel scary, but it's also the first step toward living in alignment with who you are now—not who you were five years ago.
Give yourself permission to evolve. You're allowed to outgrow patterns, people, and versions of yourself
You can take this week's question and simply reflect on it on your own, you can use it as a journal prompt (very powerful ), or you can go on a walk with friends and discuss it in a group (builds connection ).
With love as always,
Caroline
