Tune IN: Deciding to be HAPPY.
Think about how much money, time and sweat we put into healthy food, supplements, doctor visits, working out, exercise gear etc. All in the name of health. In most cases, I think this is money well spent ✨
But guess what, there’s something else you can do for your health that’s FREE, but requires a little bit of intention, trust, and practice. It’s your mindset, your DECISION to be happy, your decision to approve of and like who you are, your decision to engage with people and activities that bring you joy.
As we’re kicking off the week of Thanksgiving here in the US & you’re probably thinking about what you’re grateful for, maybe include this: I’m grateful that my happiness is in my hands and that every day I can choose to like myself a little more and to do something that brings me joy.
Note that this is not just a statement of gratitude that will satisfy whichever family member inevitable poses the question of gratitude at the thanksgiving table 😉, but it is also a powerful MANIFESTATION that will invite more happiness into your life going forward.
