[Fertile Life Interview] How to end the war with PMS & boost your fertility naturally

If you are one of the 85% of women who are dealing with any emotional PMS (think: anxiety, depression, irritability, mood swings, tiredness/ trouble sleeping...) or physical PMS (think: cramps, bloating, headaches, constipation, tender breasts, acne...), I have good news for you: PMS is not necessary, normal, or only treatable with medication (such as the pill).

Although society simply seems to have accepted the myth that being a woman comes with being in pain for a few days a month, this is NOT true!

While the above statistic makes PMS statistically "normal," PMS is not actually normal.

The reason you are experiencing PMS is because of your (imbalanced) hormones. Imbalanced hormones not only affect your life through discomforts like PMS or a jeopardized metabolism, but they also put your fertility at risk.

The good news is that your hormones are also the solution; that is, if you know what kind of imbalance PMS is hinting at and then, how you can balance your hormones naturally.

Balancing your hormones doesn't have to be rocket-science. It is, in fact, much simpler than you think.

In my newest episode of The Fertile Life Interview Series, I am interviewing my mentor and dear friend and colleague Nicole Jardim, on How to end the war with PMS & boost your fertility naturally.

In our interview, Nicole and I demystify the following questions:

1. What are the most common PMS symptoms and what they mean hormonally?

2. Could PMS impact a woman's future plans for babies?

3. What women can do to relieve PMS and boost their fertility as a result?

Join us here and get instant access to the interview.

Your body doesn't want to cause you pain, your mind doesn't want to be sluggish, your mood doesn't want to be a wild rollercoaster. Your body is simply sending your signals that something is off and it needs some hormone-friendly love.

Are you ready to find out how you can end the war with PMS and, as a result, boost your fertility? Yes? Then join me for my interview with Nicole (it's totally free!).
