Exploring the architecture of meaningful living
Caroline Zwickson
Creative Direction for
Meaningful Experiences
I’m drawn to the things that make people feel more alive: beautiful spaces, good questions and meaningful conversations, nourishing meals, emotional honesty and nervous system calm, creativity, storytelling, humor, nature, and the small joys that soften us back into ourselves.
For the past 12 years, my work has lived at the intersection of psychology, life & health coaching, dream analysis, wellness education, mindfulness and visualizations, nervous system regulation, creative workshop and retreat facilitation, writing, and human transformation.
What I noticed is that I am particularly inspired by how humans live, gather, connect, heal, and ultimately create meaning — as individuals and in relationships.
Raised in Germany and shaped by life across Europe and the United States, I enjoy bringing a culturally nuanced perspective to meaning making, authentic self-expression and what it means to live life well.
What began with a M.A. in Counseling Psychology and a private coaching practice gradually revealed itself to be something broader:
A deep curiosity in how our environments, spaces, community, rituals, and experiences shape us.
In this season, I collaborate across the worlds of wellness, hospitality, retreats, and intentional spaces –virtual and physical– to help shape experiences and environments that feel meaningful.
I write regularly on my Substack Caro’s Notes, where I share stories, thoughts, and ideas for a life well lived.
