Plan one activity where you are PURELY RECEIVING, PURELY BEING TAKEN CARE WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT RECIPROCATING. Think: a massage, a pedicure/ manicure, a facial, having someone cook for you (and serve you a glass of wine ;)), take yourself to a spa and soak in a hot tub... feel free to be creative and share wth us what you came up with :)

Listen to the guided morning meditation I made for you. It's all about giving yourself permission to feel incredible in your body 

Get comfy and take approximately 7.5 minutes to relax.
