One of the biggest transitions in a woman's life is the moment when she becomes a mom. In no other circumstance in life changes so much in a matter of a few short months, or sometimes even in a few short moments.

Her body—the way it feels and looks—as well as her nutritional needs change. Her relationship with herself, her partner, and her friends shift. Her outlook on life, what feels important, what feels like a "sensitive topic" and what she values undergo a fundamental transition. What she thought she wanted in her own life and what she desires after becoming a mom is often turned upside down.

The problem is that there is often no one to guide her, to show her the path, to give her specific tools and action steps she can take so that, despite all of these changes, she doesn't lose the WOMAN she is.

Words like "I don't even know who I am anymore," "I feel completely lost sometimes," "My relationship to my partner feels so distant" or "My body doesn't feel like mine; I wish I felt more at home in it again" are all too often whispered by new moms.

Thankfully, my good friend Caroline Zwickson, a women's health & life coach with a M.A. in Counseling Psychology has created something absolutely amazing: a brand new group program called Well Mama for moms who want to take excellent care of their health & their hormones while reviving and re-connecting with the woman behind the mom.

What makes Well Mama so unique is that she teaches moms everything they need to know to take care of their bodies, AND she also gently guides moms through profound exercises to make navigating life as a mom easier and more intuitive.
