Keeping inflammation in check is not just for people who have an obvious infection or chronic illness, but is critical for physical and for emotional well-being because it directly impacts our stress-response system. Lowering inflammation has an incredibly calming effect on the body and on the mind. And let's be honest, the job of a mama is so stressful in nature that sticking to an anti-inflammatory diet is key (plus, it will benefit your whole family to eat this way because you will help them set a healthy stage for proper growth and great health:))

About Leah:
