CrEating your new mom identity & connecting with the woman (not just the mom and wife) you want to be


Step 1: Welcome to module 4 & your core desired feelings

An exercise: Discovering your core desired feelings (inspired by the phenomenal Danielle LaPorte)


Step 2: Jungian Typology Test

Go into this exercise with an open mind and see if you discover more about your personality. 

After you finish the test, take some time to read over the description of your “type”. Keep in that this test is meant to be helpful in that it is thought-provoking! It is not an exact description of who you are or who you should be.

Here is how to access the test: 

1) Go to https://www.16personalities.com/free-personality-test and take the test

2) The result will give you a 4 letter combination

3) Read the description of your personality type and ask yourself some of these questions: 

  • Which parts of the description grabbed my attention the most?  
  • Was I surprised by anything?
  • What part of the description did I feel drawn to?
  • Was there a part that I disliked? If so, why?
  • Which part of this description is true but has been pushed into the background?

Feel free to share this test with your partner to increase your understanding of each other! This will be great prep for the next module's topic as well.

  • What is a vision and why is it powerful to have a vision of your ideal life?

  • Where do you start? 

  • What's important to keep in mind?

Step 4: BONUS INTERVIEW WITH BAILEY FRUMEN on "Owning your power and mastering your mindset as a mom"

What we will cover in the interview: 

1. What challenges do moms face that make owning your power difficult?

2. How is owning your power as a mom different from owning your power as a non-mom?

3. Where does your mindset come in?

4. How can you begin to master your mindset? Where does a stressed out mom start?
