Hi, I’m Caroline.

Certified woman’s health coach with a specialty in holistic health, nutrition, preconception, fertility, and post-partum coaching and a M.A. in Counseling Psychology.

When I had my first son, Felix, it was instant bliss. The moment I laid eyes on him, every cell of my body was ALL IN as a mom. I felt a sense of purpose and pride that I had never felt before.

For many months, it felt amazing to give myself so fully.  I happily surrendered into it all.

But those many months turned into many more, and all of a sudden…

I began to miss myself

I remembered the woman who was once fun, flirty, driven and well-polished. The woman who had all the energy in the world was now:

  • Walking around in sweats, with snot stains on her shoulder

  • Feeling stretched SO thin and like she was failing to balance all her different roles… primarily the big three: motherhood, work, marriage

  • Still trying to eat healthy, but then stress-inhaling sweets, chips and pretty much all of her kids’ left-overs

  • Feeling like the intimacy and closeness to her partner was thinning rapidly

  • Constantly rushing and checking her watch to see if it was eating or nap time

  • And more than anything… she was feeling distanced from herself, the woman behind her mom self

While motherhood was and is 100% my greatest joy and many of these early moments will be my most treasured memories forever, I was also so sleep deprived I could barely form a sentence let alone carry on a deep conversation with my girlfriends. It was like my brain had turned into confetti!

I thought, is this me now?
A less fun, always exhausted, anxious version of my former self?




I thought I was alone. But the more I connected with other mothers, I saw so many women were feeling the same exact way.

We long for:

  • Rich, soulful conversations with girlfriends over lunch

  • Feeling sexy with our hair down, in a flowy dress, and brightness on my face

  • Deep, intimate connection with our partner at the end of each day

  • More time to do simple things that aren’t “productive,” like taking a long bath, reading a book, or just hanging around the house without anyone else there to ask questions!

  • Walking through the city holding hands with our partner without worrying if our kids were ok

  • Time to exercise and take care of our body

  • Space that’s clean and tidy rather than covered with toys and crumbs

  • Even simple things like finishing a hot cup of tea in the morning!

I was determined to be the mom who “had it all”... So I tried to make the time. I got a sitter and scheduled lunch with friends. I set aside date nights with my husband. But that didn’t work.

I was distracted and tired, constantly checking my phone. Constantly wondering if I needed to get back.

I tried to break away for a pilates class to connect to myself.  It helped, but the feeling was fleeting.

I finally realized, “having it all” is not all it’s cracked up to be. It causes stress and self-judgment that perpetuates the chaos.

Plus, I realized if I did want to live an amazing life with my new family, this is not a quick fix. It’s not a “JUST DO IT!” situation. The shift had to come from much deeper. It wasn’t just about my schedule, it was about the WHOLE OF ME.

Drawing on my years of training as a life and health coach and my background in psychology, I slowly began to discover that I had to...


The truth is, ALL of these things are essential to coming back to YOU... or rather, discovering the NEW YOU.

Only then can you decide, from a place of energy and confidence:

What do I want to design?

I began integrating what I already knew as a health and life coach into my life, repaired my hormones, got my energy and sense of self back, and started making decisions on my life. Not the life that people expected of me, but what I wanted for me and my family.


Fast forward to now, I have two sons, but I feel rested, beautiful, and in harmony again. Like a whole WOMAN – feminine, confident, strong.

Sure, there are challenging moments. That’s a normal part of motherhood. But rather than wasting all your energy fighting those moments, there’s another way. When you let go of self-judgement and design life on your OWN terms, anything is possible.

Our curriculum is based on giving you the very best tools, topics, and teachings on how you can thrive as a mom in your body and in your mind, create a meaningful life and take excellent care of yourself and your growing family.

Over the course of 6 curriculum modules and 2 self-care weeks, we cover the must-haves to being a Well Mama (see below for a detailed outline of our topics).

Every week you will get access to a health coaching and a life coaching section of Well Mama (typically this includes an audio lecture and checklists, handouts and/ or exercises). All audio lectures are set up so you can listen to them anytime from your computer or smartphone. 

#2 The well mama COOKBOOK

A favorite of all the Well Mama Graduates: You will get the Well Mama Cookbook that you can download as a PDF or open on a tab from your smartphone. Curated from a list of Caroline’s favorite personal recipes, her mentors in the health industry, her go-to chefs and recipe inventors, the Well Mama Cookbook contains tons of recipes for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, desserts, and beverages to give you easy tools and go-to ideas to make your kitchen healthy, easy AND yummy while making you feel GREAT. The best part? The recipes aren’t “diet recipes” (I don’t believe in diets) and I promise that your kids and husbands will LOVE them just as much as you do.


#3 Caroline's personal grocery store shopping list

One of Well Mama's core principles is to teach you how to keep your blood-sugar balanced because that is key for hormonal, physical and emotional well-being. It is also our goal to keep you meals delicious and your plates colorful and easy to prepare. That's why you will get Caroline's personal shopping list that you can download or print and keep on your fridge or easily take to the grocery store with you. 


#4 A Follow-through plan to make sure you succeed

The first thing you will be guided through in week 1 of Well Mama is a step-by-step system to create accountability and follow-through.

I know that one of the biggest hesitations women have when it comes to signing up for a program like this is their fear that they will buy something and then never look at it and/or feel guilty for not finishing it.

That's why I created a system for you complete with a motivational exercise, checklists and specific steps to prepare for the course. The Well Mama workbook contains weekly checklists and all the Well Mama exercises, handouts and info sheets collected in one place. Well Mama is designed with busy mamas in mind and so you never have to take notes; rather all the notes are taken for you and collected in this workbook as well as in each module respectively.
Many mamas feel hesitant to sign up for a course like this because they know that following-through will be tough. We provide you with the Well Mama workbook to help keep you organized and accountable while fueling your motivation and making it easy to go through the exercises.


#6 ANYTIME support in our private online facebook group

Well Mama is designed to attract the most incredible, passionate and loving women from all over the world. Our intention is to foster deep connection and real friendships amongst mamas like you.
