Who is invited?
All soon-to-be, new and forever mamas who want to be sure to keep (or to regain!) a sense of calmness, ease, and physical + emotional wellbeing while navigating the overwhelm, messiness and never ending to-do's of motherhood.
This is exactly what I needed! My daughter is 3 months now and honestly I haven't taken a second to just take care of myself. Caroline's challenge really helped me understand that taking care of myself doesn't need to take a ton of time, but that I must make room for it if I want to have enough energy for my daughter, my husband, and myself.
- Kirsten, Los Angeles
I've heard about the importance of self-care for moms (who hasn't?), but honestly I didn't get it until now that my twins are almost 7 months. Caroline's challenge was easy and fun to follow and I really loved that her daily challenges are a good mix between practical things we can do as well as some inner reflection and mindset shifts.
