I've heard about the importance of self-care for moms (who hasn't?), but honestly I didn't get it until now that my twins are almost 7 months. Caroline's challenge was easy and fun to follow and I really loved that her daily challenges are a good mix between practical things we can do as well as some inner reflection and mindset shifts.
