This interview is so full of information, tips and compassion from two women who are pregnant themselves right now (Jamie is about to give birth to her first and I am half way through my second pregnancy :)).
In the interview we chat about:
- how to feel more present in your life NOW and finding a way to feel good NOW
- why is self-acceptance, especially when it comes to our bodies and even during pregnancy, so difficult for so many women in our society? (Jamie goes way deeper than just blaming the media)
- how to stand above society's expectations for pregnant women and new moms and instead focus on yourself
- What are Jamie's top tools that women can use to regain confidence and honor their own bodies no matter what they look like? Where does one start?
